What are emotional frequencies?

Every person on this planet is vibrating at a very subtle hertz frequency or their personal vibration analysis.  At a rest state, we have a base metabolic rate. When experiences and events in our lives happen our emotions are engaged our vibrational rate changes rapidly and often dramatically.

You may identify yourselves with your physical body; however, you are energy. Everything is energy! Things that appear solid are very tightly compacted energy particles creating a shape, form, or physical matter.

Let’s define how emotional energy works!

Frequency & Vibration

As energetic beings, we constantly emit a vibration (Hz); Each emotion holds a different vibration intensity. We can scientifically measure the brain and body state based on your thought and feeling frequency. Positive energy emotions, like happiness, hold a higher frequency; negative hold lower.

This is significant because our vibration emits from us and attracts things to us. If you emit a high vibration, you “resonate” with other high vibrational things. Frequency is your “channel.” Like a radio, you can tune into the station where you want to hear your emotions.

Your vibration reflects your inner thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. The higher your vibration, the more light you hold, and the faster your light particles vibrate. Thus, the lower the frequency, the lower the vibration energy that comes back to you.

This may seem somewhat daunting to you like it’s a skill that will take years to master, but you do this every day. When you feel happier, you notice good things; when you feel down, you notice bad things. It’s the same for every emotion. It’s not a unique talent to feel frequency either: you can feel the “vibe” of a room or another person. It’s the awareness that will change the game.

If you don’t like how you feel, what you think is not aligned with your highest self.

The significance of your emotions.

The significance of this type of information is that it gives you the power to choose your station. The power of the mind allows you to choose your perception. You can’t automatically change what you feel, but you can choose to work on ways to experience a higher frequency of thought every day. In this way, you can program your mind to vibrationally align with uplifting, positive thoughts.

The frequency you habitually choose becomes your vibration or your “vibe.”  Your vibration is your signature, essence, and unique to yours.

Being aware of emotions in your life is essential to understanding your energy, life force, and spiritual and emotional well-being.

The beauty of emotions being your choice is that it is your choice, but the unfortunate part is also that it is your choice. You, and only you, can change them. Expecting someone or something outside of yourselves to “save” you is disempowering and debilitating. Trust yourself to know what is best for you. Make it your goal to understand and learn more about yourself.

You don’t need to be sure of how you feel, as emotions can be confusing. Your feelings and emotions are your inner guidance system! Trust your emotional guidance system to feel what is aligned with your true essence of self. Positive energy emotions indicate your thoughts are in coherence with your desires;   Negative energy emotions reveal untruths you are thinking about yourself or another.

Here lies your most challenging task. When do you trust your emotions? Are you labeling emotions differently from others?  One of the most challenging tasks is learning to love yourself through your emotional discovery and get comfortable with your broad spectrum of emotions. Sometimes, you can’t pinpoint WHAT you’re feeling. You might even avoid specific emotions because they’re uncomfortable. You may struggle to identify emotions. It’s about accepting who you are and understanding your capacity and desire for more.

As you practice self-love, you may need to consider your long-standing self-beliefs. . You or another person may have created them; either way, your beliefs will whisper in your ears: You’re not enough. You don’t deserve your success.

You may also need to realize your emotional habits. Your beliefs form your habits. Your habits don’t whisper. They shout: “Give up.” “Go back to what you’re used to.” Your challenge here is forgiveness of your habits; remember, at some point, your mind believed this habit would serve you in some way out of good intentions to help you, even if it was accidentally dysfunctional.

Self-reflection isn’t an easy task. Identifying emotions and feelings can help us work through them and move past the beliefs and habits that hold us back.
